RPA is a software robot which automates repetitive tasks that humans do manually. Whereas, AI or Artificial Intelligence is a form of technology for the simulation of human intelligence. Therefore, RPA and AI are not similar, but have different and complementary capabilities.

Absolutely! There is no restriction for RPA to be implemented in companies depending on their size.
